Answer:
Yes, since all our products are made to order, you can choose from our full
range of colors and patinas. Let us know if you have a specific color in mind;
we are able to match any desired color.
How are your colors applied. Do I need to choose a patina?
Answer:
We use multiple layers of color to prevent any damage or breaking of the paint.
Our patinas are always applied by hand and give your fixture or ornament a very
unique touch. Our patinas help to elevate the decorative elements of the pieces
and we always recommend choosing a patina. But, to answer your question, it
is not necessary to choose a patina. Our standard black is a semi flat finish.

Yes, for the following lines: Berlin "City", "Aktuell" and

between $75 and $150 per fixture.
Can I get the Westfalen as a hanging lantern? instead of a wall unit?
Answer:
Sure, in general, all of our fixtures are available as Wall, Ceiling or Pole

chain will be attached in a similar fashion as seen on our "Berlin Landhaus"
ceiling lantern #1400. Just specify the length!
Can you tell me what size, quantity, and wattage of bulbs your fixtures take?
Answer:
Most of our fixtures carry one (1) Standard US Socket at 110Volts. You will

are manufactured in Germany. They are not UL listed but use only UL parts.

I am looking for a wall-mounted, Victorian-style mailbox that opens to allow
the mail carrier to leave large objects (e.g., magazines) inside the box. Do
any of your models permit that?
Answer:
Yes, all our wall mounted mailboxes have a very large front-door opening, where
basically the entire front of the mailbox opens up. You can choose to have it
secured with a key-lock (as shown), or just a knob. No extra charges apply!
How are your mailboxes mounted to the wall?
Answer:
Our wall mounted mailboxes have two holes in the inside wall plate. The mailbox
is supplied with the necessary screws and anchors to secure the box safely.
Detailed instructions are available upon request.
On your mailboxes; is the lock/key combination standard? Or can a Knob be installed
instead of the lock?
Answer:
You have the choice! Our mailboxes usually come with a lock/key combination.
But you can also specify to have a knob instead. If security is an issue, we'd
recommend the lock/key; but otherwise the knob may be the more elegant solution.
