How to order at Dahlhaus Lighting

Your order will be processed as quick as possible. Because all items are produced especially for you, we require some time to have your order ready to ship. The estimated timeframe to delivery may vary, depending on the whole order.

1. Order by fax or mail:
For any written order via fax or mail, you can use our downloadable order form (PDF-Format). Please make sure, to complete the following topics :

a) Your full postal address and, if neccessary the full delivery address.
b) Choose one of our suggested payment options.
c) Specify exactly what type of finish and glass you want for your order. Without any of these specifications, we deliver the items as shown in our catalog and on this web-site.

2. Order by phone:
You may call us for personal assistance during our usual business hours from 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM. At all other times, you can leave a voice message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

3. Personal order:
Not sure what might be the right lantern for your house ?
We really suggest to visit one of our showrooms to get an impression of the real look and feel of our products. You might be surprised about the real size of some lanterns. Maybe you can combine your next holiday trip with a quick stop in our factory.

4. Online-Order:
At this time, we only accept online orders from Germany and countries within the European Union. For any other country, you can use the "Online Inquiry" function of this web-site to request a detailed quote .

Return policy: To return products, you must contact our sales office to request a return number. The products must be shipped to Dahlhaus Gmbh, Heinrichstr. 71-75, D-58256 Ennepetal, Germany within 14 days.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dahlhaus Lighting error, a restocking fee of 30% may be charged.

Direct Debit with 2% Discount

With SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) direct debit, we collect your payment from your bank account with the given IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC Number (also known as SWIFT-Code).
Direct Debit Authorizations which allows businesses to charge money from your account with your consent is now known as "SEPA-Direct Debit Mandate".
